James Mekeel

President

James Mekeel was NWWI’s first employee in 1989 and took over as President in 2005 and co-owner in 2006. James is married, has 4 adult children, 3 grandchildren and 1 young daughter still in home who competes in youth AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) competitions from the Washington to Ohio. He splits his time between Scottsdale and the Northwest.

Tim Hare

COO

Tim Hare has been involved in the woodworking and commercial casework field for over 50 years. Tim started at NWI in 1993 as a bench hand and worked his way from shop foreman (1994) to co-owner (2006), playing a crucial role in making NWI the success it is today. Tim now splits his time between the PNW and Boise, Idaho where he enjoys hiking and geocaching with his wife and two sons.
